Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the achievement of retail store targets by driving sales In the absence of any other management, open and close the store Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions Ear piercing (you will receive full training) Ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers The Ideal Candidate Keyholder/ Supervisor experience Must be fully flex as position requires both midweek and weekend availability Minimum 1 year retail experience Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills Basic computer skills Understands the importance of Customer Service Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills Ability to operate POS system
