Ice Technician

Role Responsibilities • Maintain the quality of the ice surface, including resurfacing as needed. • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on rink equipment. • Monitor and control the refrigeration systems. The Ideal Candidate • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Previous experience in retail or ticket sales is a plus. • Attention to detail and ability to handle cash accurately. • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations. • Ability to deal firmly and politely with customers and with a positive, pleasant and helpful attitude.
