Supervisor (20 hours)

Role Responsibilities ● Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the achievement of retail store targets by driving sales ● In the absence of any other management, open and close the store ● Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service ● Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience ● Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge ● Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions ● Ear piercing (you will receive full training) ● Ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers The Ideal Candidate • Keyholder/ Supervisor experience • Minimum 1 year retail experience • Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills • Basic computer skills • Understands the importance of Customer Service • Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills • Ability to operate POS system
