Your new role:

Serve our famous doughnuts and beverages creating magical moments for all our customers Maintain stock levels, replenishing displays Use your expert knowledge learnt from the training you will be given to advise customers of our products Ensure that every doughnut is produced to the highest standard meeting our customers’ expectations

What we look for:

Knowledge - Your background ideally would come from a customer service role., however we train and develop you on the job to be the best Krispy Kremer!

Team Player - You’re a natural team player, achieving results is nice, but achieving results with the team is simply the best. You’re a naturally self-motivated person and act with high integrity and honesty always working towards the same common goal together with your teammates.

Can-do approach - you like to get your hands dirty, bringing a plan to actual results is what drives you.

Communication Skills - at Krispy Kreme you’ll easily be exposed to all levels of people externally and internally. Therefore, it’s important you have excellent communication skills, to deal with all kinds of different people.
