Role Responsibilities • Sell tickets and manage cash transactions at the box office. • Provide information to guests about schedules, prices, and special events. • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally. The Ideal Candidate • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Previous experience in retail or ticket sales is a plus. • Attention to detail and ability to handle cash accurately. • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations. • Ability to deal firmly and politely with customers and with a positive, pleasant and helpful attitude.
